The Curry Club is an East Lancashire Institution. Since 2006 local businesses have regularly gathered together to network and share a fine curry lunch in a relaxed informal setting. Each event features a guest speaker to inspire or motivate. This year’s Curry Club sponsor is KeyFleet Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management.
East Lancs Chamber and KeyFleet are proud to announce an exciting line-up of guest speakers for this next event. Before lunch we will hear from guest speakers from PM&M from Blackburn who are celebrating over 100 years in business and will share their journey with us and how they have adopted their core values of Quality, Achievement and Fun at the heart of the business.
Founded back in 1919, PM&M’s roots have remained firmly in Lancashire throughout our 100-year history and they are incredibly proud to have worked with and supported so many local businesses and individuals throughout this time. Over the past century, PM+M has grown from strength to strength, now operating from three office locations across the North West, adapting to changes in technology over the generations, growing and prospering whilst remaining fully independent throughout. Recent achievements include being named as one of the UK’s top 100 firms by Accountancy Age, achieving our highest team headcount ever and achieving Gold Investors in People status.
After lunch Curry Club sponsor KeyFleet MD Marc McLoughlin will say a few words, followed by short presentations by Clare Turner, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s Town Centre & Markets Manager and finally Wayne Hemingway from Hemingway Design, will be telling us about Lancashire’s Festival of Making, which will run over the weekend of 15 & 16 June.
Fancy a test drive in a Tesla before the event? A free test drive is available to all Curry Club delegates – the feedback from the last event was fantastic, so this is not to be missed!
