What is this?
Whole brain activation through body movement, voice work and breathing techniques aimed at slowing down the breath for many physical, mental and emotional benefits.
Rhythmic & intermittent hypoxic breathwork to Trypnaural music, followed by deep relaxation with Crystal bowls and other harmonic sound instruments. Bring your yoga matt, blanket, pillow and get ready to connect with your subconscious mind.
If holding your breath seems too extreme for you then you can still come and experience the session as the breath holding is only a small part.
