Lancashire Law School’s Breakfast@8 quarterly events bring together lawyers, businesses small and large, students and academics to discuss and debate aspects of work and the professions.
When a dispute arises between colleagues in the workplace, the implications can reach far and wide. These include staff going on sickness leave, decline in productivity, financial implications, and an unhappy workforce. Lancashire Law School Workplace Mediation provides an early intervention, which is impartial and non-judgemental. It also provides an opportunity to sit down with the parties to discuss the issues, and then look to the future and how they can make their work relationships succeed moving forwards.
