The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), in collaboration with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) and with support from the European Social Fund, are hosting a small business training and workshop event. The event is designed to identify any skills gaps in the local SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) community.
This event will provide attendees with information on support available to upskill your workforce, and allow businesses to conduct their own training needs analysis and identify existing skills gaps.
Project Officers from the UpSkilling Lancashire team will be delivering a training needs analysis workshop and discuss current apprenticeship funding and will be on hand to provide attendees with advice and support on your personal business needs.
Join us at the event on 10 June to benefit from top tips and support, in addition to networking opportunities with like-minded local business owners.
