Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: £25,000 with bonus potential – OTE £28,000

LHR are proud to be partnered with a successful business in Bacup, who supply one of the country’s leading manufacturing, service and maintenance specialists in air filters for all aspects of heating, ventilation and spray booths. An industry leader in their field, they are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to strengthen their team.
This office-based Account Manager role is key to developing and maintaining customer relationships and growing sales organically and through prospecting and telesales. You will work to personal and team targets within a supportive environment using your own initiative and personality to help grow the business and provide excellent customer service and support to all existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
·Manage and nurture existing customers and service contracts by means of direct telephone contact with clients.
·Manage and coordinate, pre-planned and reactive call outs, by means of efficient scheduling of mobile engineer visits.
·Manage and coordinate the supply of labour, parts, filters, and other resources.
·Create and build new business via prospecting, lead generation and closing sales via the telephone.
·Use the company’s existing systems of work, ERP, and computerised systems to input all necessary data to ensure effective communication to all.
·To be self-motivated and use your own initiative to develop and grow the business, meeting or improving sales targets as well as other KPI’s.
·Relationship building, including customers, engineers, and office colleagues.
The Successful Account Manager:
·Account Management experience in a similar role
·Some experience of outbound sales calling
·Business to business experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential
·Confident, self-motivated and computer literate
·Excellent telephone manner
·Good communication skills
·Skilled at relationship building, internal and external.
On offer is a competitive basic salary, plus bonus (after completion of 3 months’ probation), 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. Hours of work are 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 per week)
