In response to the emerging requirements in conjunction with Covid-19 and ensuring business compliance across the Borough we have some exciting opportunities and welcome passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Adult Social Work and Care Teams.
We are looking for a range of individuals who may or may not be social work qualified and who are interested in enhancing our multi-professional teams of social workers, social care professionals, occupational therapy and physiotherapy.
A passion for working in partnership with local people to promote a strength based approach and provide assessment, care and support to the residents of the borough.
•have excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
•Work alongside professionals within hospitals, our community providers, our local rehabilitation unit, Reablement as well as integrated neighbourhood teams and HomeFirst.
• Deliver a high standard of evidence based interventions and have responsibility of own caseload.="white-space:pre">
•Be highly motivated, focused, with good attention to detail·
•Be flexible with plenty of initiative and ideas for service improvements·
•Advocate people receive the right support, in the right place and at the right time.
•Through our neighbourhood model enable access to advice and services tailored to meet their needs.
Our Teams can work across a 7-day working week as such we are open to be flexible with opportunities for evening, bank holiday and weekend working.

We are looking for Qualified Social Workers including ASYE and experienced CQC registered team manager to support Team Coordinators, Assessment and Review Officer’s, Support Workers and Crisis Workers. Our fixed term contracts will initially be for a minimum of 5/6 months and there may be flexibility to work the hours you choose.
These posts will allow opportunity to gain experience and apply for any permanent internal recruitment vacancies.
