Import/Export Administrator opportunity based in Bolton
Permanent position with Salary to £27,000 with some great benefits including Pension and 25 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)

This role will see you working for an Industry leading International Manufacturing business.
We are looking for someone who has around 4 years experience working within Import and Export dealing with UK and International based Clients.
Issue monthly stock reports
Raise Sales Orders/Invoices/Purchase Orders
Produce export documentation
Align customer orders with production schedules
Preparation of export documents
Liaising with shipping companies and suppliers – Import documentation
Stock control – current site and various offsite locations
The successful person will need to show their experience in:
- Import/Export administrative/coordinator experience (recent)
- Exceptional communication skills – internal departments, suppliers and none UK based clients/contacts – able to build relationships
- Proactive and adaptable to change – used to working in a pressured environment
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills – Excel & Word – Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail
