As part of ongoing growth and development programme TBD Consultants are looking to engage with interns. Our main objective following the pandemic is to create jobs and help stimulate the economy. A successful candidate will receive training in sales and business development from a global sales manager.

A 1 month trial period will be set, if the candidate is successful they will be offered a paid position.

Job Description:

Telesales/Business Development: Office Based

The ideal candidate must be confident, organised, reliable, articulate with an excellent telephone manner. An ultimate self-starter that is tenacious and motivated. The rewards will be there for the consistent performer and further development can be on offer for the right candidate that shows the right attitude towards the business and demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit.

The candidate will be provided with all relevant equipment to carry out their role. The successful candidate will be required to work through a database setting appointments and developing new business leads.

A minimum of 16 - 24 hours per week (flexible) will be required, this may be flexible. The role will be based home or office based so the successful candidate will be required to travel to the office.

A two-stage interview process will take place, first stage will be via the telephone, second stage will be a zoom or face to face.

A certain level of expectation will be set in terms of performance, and this will be reviewed monthly.

This vacancy is available to start straight away once the right candidate has been selected.

Sales training can be provided, some sales experience would be an advantage but not essential. This exciting opportunity will be awarded largely to people with the right attitude and drive. If you have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed, then you should consider this role.
