A world-leading professional membership organisation that promotes, develops and supports over 153,000 chartered accountants worldwide are seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their expanding team in Preston.
Your duties in this Executive role will include:
•Working with the wider Regions team you will support the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives to regional and local audiences to increase member engagement and brand awareness.
•Providing support to the UK Regions team comprising brand development, collateral design and production, content writing and social media.
•Supporting the UK Regions team through effective e-communications to deliver integrated campaigns to promote regional and local events and activities to increase member engagement, drive event bookings and raise brand awareness.
•Updating the UK Regions and district society web pages, including the Regions section of the Active Members’ website.
•Taking responsibility to produce e-communication updates for UK Regions and district societies, including providing guidance on best practice and making suggestions for improvement, based on data analysis.
•Designing and producing annual impact reports for all district societies, including taking the lead on developing and designing a full district society reporting pack.
To be a successful Marketing & Communications Executive you will have the following skills and experience:
•Experienced using creative design software, ideally InDesign and a good standard of education, ideally with relevant qualifications, or a desire to work toward achieving CIM professional qualification(s).
•Previous experience of producing print and e-collateral, working with and understanding brand guidelines and strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write for varied target audiences.
•Thorough understanding and previous experience of business-relevant social media channels, including reporting on activity, delivering integrated campaigns across various channels and possessing the skill set to be able to provide guidance on best practice and training sessions to the wider UK Regions team.
•Strong experience of e-communications, such as analysing reports, recommending improvements and using the DotMailer platform, including data analysis and reporting.
•An ability to thoroughly understand the brand, ideally including knowledge of accountancy and current affairs (desirable) and its interpretation in all design work.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to travel as and when required to UK locations.
