About the company: With more than 20 years’ experience working alongside Estate agents, builders and property developer they look to support their customers with all their mortgage and house purchase enquiries. They are now looking for someone to join our small team to support us with the day to day running of the office.
Here your duties will include:
1. Filing 2. Setting up client case files 3. Scanning of documents and uploading to lender portals 4. Recording of all information into client case files 5. Data input onto Excel and our in house systems 6. Answering phone calls from applicants/brokers/solicitors and re directing when required 7. Proactively making calls out to clients/brokers/solicitors 8. Accessing and understanding client information on various in house systems 9. Proactively progressing individual cases from application through to completion 10. Supporting the business with ad-hoc work as required
