Job description: 

To liaise with our existing and potential new clients along with other internal contract managers to efficiently plan, prepare and manage mechanical HVAC projects from a very early stage through to handover and completion of all O&M documentation ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.

Projects will vary from installing single split air conditioners to ventilation systems or a mixture of all mechanical services in shopping centres, restaurants or factories.

There will be a reasonably high level of travelling with plenty of early starts or late finishes and staying away from home due to the nature of our business and the clients that we serve.


Duties & Responsibilities: 

Preliminary site surveys and preparing quotations

Responsible for planning projects and organising manpower, materials, health and safety and other relevant documentation etc from an early stage.

Make decisions as part of a team for the benefit of the project and company.

Generate an integrated project timeline/ planning charts to ensure compliance with contractual delivery schedule.

Manager the shipping of products/ materials including documentation.

Highlight deviations from plan management recovery programmes.

Highlight resource equipment to the production Management Team.

Clear and unambiguous specification/ scope and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Ensure the project complies to the company Risk Assessment and Technical Competence.

Development and maintenance of budget reporting

 Collaborate information for preparation of Health & Safety and O & M files. Also final accounts.

Generate project estimates for hours/ materials and ensure compliance of budgets and KPI’s. 


Working Hours: 

This is a permanent position with effect of immediate start.

Working hours AS REQUIRED (Generally 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday)
