We are looking for a Customer Account Manager for our Burnley office.
We're looking for you to have meaningful and powerful conversations with our existing customers to understand their ongoing needs, you'll understand what excellent customer service is and you'll strive to get to know more about your client base. This is a telephone based role like no other as you'll learn, develop, and grow with your colleagues and you'll be hungry for knowledge and enable you to anticipate needs before they arise.
By having these conversations with your customers you’ll;
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships which in turn will help you develop new business leads.
- Manage a customer portfolio ensuring fuel card use is maximised at all times.
- Oversee the handover of new customers into your customer portfolio on a monthly basis.
- Set weekly prices for fuel for your customer base.
- Analyse reports
- Advise your customers of any changes that might affect their fuel purchase and where necessary change the card provider to ensure the customer has the best product for their needs.
This isn’t all, you’ll deal with regular pricing and card charge queries, you’ll get involved with any new/enhanced products that become available all whilst working towards individual and group sales targets in a vibrant, fun and friendly office.
