The successful candidate will be key to the business and will assist the directors and senior managers in growing an already heavily experienced technical team. The job role involves regular commercial meetings with the Managing Director and senior staff members to forge a technical strategy that will aid the growth of the business and improve the efficiencies of the team.
The role will include working closely with the technical delivery team including managing production, planning out projects, advising on best practices and ensuring technical decisions are made with a commercial goal in mind.
This is a role where the successful candidate will hit the ground running and with the support of directors and senior managers, will drive efficiencies and innovation from a technical standpoint.
The ideal candidate must have a ‘hands on’ attitude and have the experience to be able to support their team on development projects during busy periods when deadlines are tight and the team require additional support or during holidays and sickness cover.
