The number of EU workers coming in to the UK has fallen by a third since 2016. The drop in EU applicants has triggered a rise in UK domestic employment, with increased competition for roles tightening he talent pool for recruiters.

With over 10000 skilled professionals leaving the military each year with experience which is second to none with qualifications to match - more and more business' are looking to hire those who have served.
